Danny Mendick has wasted no time getting comfortable at BB&T Ballpark.
He homered for the second time in as many Triple-A games on Friday night, this one going the other way:
He pulled his homer on Thursday, and that one also didn't clear the fence by much. It's possible his slugging percentage may not reflect his actual power, but after hitting just three of his 14 homers at the more cavernous Regions Field in Birmingham last year, he's due to benefit from a few cheapies.
