In case you hadn't noticed, Matt Davidson has been having himself some nice days against the Royals this season. He's already tied for 2nd place all time in home runs against the Royals in a season with seven, and we haven't even exited the month of April. Also: he has nearly as many dingers at Kauffman stadium this season as the Royals do as a team (Royals have 8). Today's Sporcle will celebrate Mr. Davidson's dingers: which White Sox players have hit the most home runs in a season against the Royals? Good luck!

Quiz Parameters

    • As always, last names accepted in addition to both first and last.
    • This should be a fairly easy quiz: as such, I've given you just 7 minutes to attempt completion.
    • For hints, I've provided the position of the player and the season.

Useless information to amaze, annoy, confound, and/or confuse your friends:

    • I love to average out small sample size lists as they make for ridiculous metrics. The average triple slash from the players on this list: .319/.404/1.124
    • The leader on this list has 8 home runs. It's entirely possible that Davidson tops this list ("top your list with Dean's!") by the end of this series (heck, tomorrow!?), given that there are still 3 games remaining between the two teams on the weekend.
    • Talk about a one man wrecking machine: one player on this list also had 4 stolen bases, a triple, and three doubles in addition to his 7 home runs.
