- This season's Twins team is on pace to have 7 players reach the mark, with an additional 2 players having an outside shot to also hit 20 (Jason Castro has 8 and Byron Buxton has 9).
- Carl Reynolds was the first Sox player to achieve this, back in 1930, and it wouldn't be until 1934 when another Sox hitter accomplished the feat, with Zeke Bonura's 27.
