SNY.tv, the website of the New York cable sports station, peppered me with White Sox questions leading up to the series with the Yankees beginning tonight.

  • Juan Pierre is playing. At least he’s only batting ninth.
  • Carlos Quentin is also playing. At least he’s DHing.
  • Alexei Ramirez and his one walk are leading off.

Cool, nicely done. What’s with the random music that starts playing during the Garcia talk?

The musical accompaniment really set off that awesome pitching matchups graphic. It didn’t do wonders for hearing the call-in guest any more clearly, though. Maybe “junkballer” was the secret magical music word.
