Caleb Bonemer was already revealed to be the White Sox's Arizona Fall League headliner, but James filled out the rest of the position player crew that will be traveling to Glendale with him: Anthony DePino, Colby Shelton and Grant Magill.
The last name is the only one who doesn't get regular run in the Keys. Magill will turn 26 in November and hit .200/.269/.321 in his first 41 games at Birmingham this season, but he was getting starts ahead of Boston Smith behind the plate, where he's cut down 38 percent of stolen-base attempts this year.
DePino was just placed on the 7-day injured list, so his assignment to the AFL would suggest that the injury isn't that serious. George Wolkow could've been an interesting candidate for extra showcase plate appearances, but that dream shattered when he suffered the hairline fracture in his toe, and James added that Roch Cholowsky's shutdown will carry through fall ball.
