Now that the White Sox have improved to 1-6 in their last seven games against the Orioles, they'll attempt to secure a rare series victory tonight. Erick Fedde takes the mound sans opener, where he'll face rookie righty Trey Gibson.

The White Sox have loaded their lineup with lefties against Gibson, which makes it especially conspicuous that Sam Antonacci is sitting after taking a fastball to his left wrist/forearm area in the eighth inning Monday night. Will Venable mentioned the HBP and also Antonacci being due for a day off in his pregame interview with Len Kasper on ESPN 1000. Kyle Teel is taking Antonacci's place at the top of the order, and Junior Pérez is starting in left field and batting ninth.
