Good morning!
In what is likely to be remembered as a top White Sox game of 2026 --in addition to making its place as one of the most entertaining Sox/Cubs tilts since expansion play began-- Edgar Quero notched his first home run of the season with a walk-off this past Sunday.
That home run was, surprisingly, the first of the walk-off variety for the White Sox since September of 2024. So while the 2025 squad was far more interesting and successful than the dreadful 2024 Wight Sox, that 2024 team somehow managed to log two walk-off dingers to the 2025 team's zero. Baseball is a funny game, sometimes.
Today's Sporcle will quiz you on said walk-off home runs. Since the first recorded walk-off home run for the White Sox in 1914, there have been a total of 160 such events. How many can you name? Good luck!
