Luis Robert Jr. enters June hoping it's considerably different from his May. He hit just .195/.245/.276 over the last month, ending it with a pair of hitless, three-strikeout games.
Robert opens June still starting in center field for the White Sox, but hitting lower than ever. After starting every game batting fifth or higher, he's be slotted in the seventh spot this afternoon. He hasn't been relegated to the bottom third of the order since the final month of the 2022 season, when you might recall him battling a wrist problem significant enough that he was letting go of the bat with the wrong hand.
