Good morning!
For all who observed, I hope your Thanksgiving was a restful one. And, perhaps, that your Black Friday transactions were fruitful. Speaking of transactions (what a segue!), it was on this date in 1970 the White Sox and Cubs partnered up for something they hadn't done in six years: made an actual, honest-to-goodness swap of players.
While I can't give away the details since it would spoil some answers, it did involve five players: only one trade between the Sox and Cubs would include more players (six), and that wouldn't happen until 1983. And so, your mission for today: name the players involved in the various swaps dating back to 1949.
