I believe the Sox strikeout on premium pitching because some big teams like the yankees, braves, Angels, and others will go for the elite pitching and get them. I feel as if the sox will go heavy on hitting and bring in quality lefties for their rotation. With Kopech coming back and Rodon (maybe a starter but put him as a reliever) they will be more tempted to get hitting as they have some pitching depth. This team comes in at about 128 million dollars if my match is correct. If this is the team they bring out and then are willing to spend more they could easily trade Vaughn for a top starter!
