Austin Slater, right, was traded. Will Luis Robert Jr. be next?

The trade deadline arrives today at 5 p.m. CT, which the White Sox acknowledged with action on Wednesday by sending Austin Slater to the Yankees for A-ball righty Gage Ziehl.

That leaves Luis Robert Jr. and Adrian Houser among the White Sox who could/should be on other teams by the end of the day. Let's use this thread to follow the action.

Among yesterday's big moves:

⚙️ The Phillies acquired Jhoan Duran from the Phillies for Mick Abel and catching prospect Eduardo Tait.

⚙️ The Mets also acquired a new closer, trading three prospects -- infielder Jesus Baez, and right-handed pitchers Nate Dohm and Frank Elissalt -- to St. Louis for Ryan Helsley.

⚙️ The Mets also acquired a setup man, Tyler Rogers, from the Giants for José Buttó and two prospects, righty Blade Tidwell and outfielder Drew Gilbert.

⚙️ The Seattle Mariners acquired Eugenio Suarez for three prospects -- first baseman Tyler Locklear, and right-handed pitchers Hunter Cranton and Juan Burgos.

⚙️ The Cubs solved at least one spot in their rotation by acquiring Michael Soroka from the Nationals for prospects Christian Franklin and Ronny Cruz. They also bolstered their bullpen with Andrew Kittredge from the Orioles, sending shortstop prospect Wilfri de la Cruz to Baltimore.
