  • LAST NIGHT: The White Sox were held scoreless through five for the fourth consecutive game, but Lance Lynn and Michael Kopech made another heroic Andrew Vaughn homer hold up in a 5-1 victory over the Cardinals.
  • TONIGHT: High school teammates square off when Lucas Giolito faces Jack Flaherty, while Joe West will set the record for most games umpired.
  • AROUND THE LEAGUE: Jordan Luplow saves the day for Cleveland against Detroit, Minnesota pulls away late, and James McCann notches a much-needed homer as a first baseman.
