Even after trading for a 2b, and having both Robert and Eloy back, and Engel healthy, my dream of a lineup without Leury Garcia still somehow goes unfulfilled!
But TA7 shows it’s all good, great to see him getting it going.
Eloy just murdered another baseball.
Apparently he is a mass murderer. Wonder if he buries those baseballs underneath his house. Creepy.

Now, take this lineup and replace Garcia with Vaughn and replace Zavala with Grandal. Wow, I can’t wait to see that.
Vaughn sat out one of the cub games too. Hope there is nothing wrong with him, seems strange he would get another day off so soon. Looked just fine yesterday.
They actually have enough OFs to rest him and he’s never played this many games in a year. Couple days off here and there should help him stay fresh for October
