White Sox Wake-Up Call: June 11, 2019

Good morning. Here’s what’s in your Wake-Up Call:

  • LAST NIGHT: Odrisamer Despaigne was the least of the White Sox’ problems in a 12-1 loss the Nationals.
  • TONIGHT: The White Sox will try to avoid the season sweep to Washington, but they’ll need to beat Patrick Corbin during a Manny Bañuelos start.
  • ON THE FARM: Winston-Salem was rained out again, and Birmingham joined them.
  • AROUND THE LEAGUE: David Ortiz is on the mend, benches clear between the Braves and Pirates, and the Red Sox waste a Chris Sale gem.
