Good morning. Here’s the rundown:

LAST NIGHT: Lance Lynn was ejected for throwing his belt at an umpire and Luis Robert tried to bicycle-kick a routine fly in center, but the White Sox still won their third straight over Oakland.

TODAY: Dylan Cease tries to rebound from inefficient starts to go for the sweep.

ON THE FARM: Yasmani Grandal has his best game yet, Micker Adolfo dominates a doubleheader, Yoelqui Céspedes debuts at Double-A, Winston-Salem ends a losing streak, Kannapolis does not.

AROUND THE LEAGUE: Shohei Ohtani does it all, Freddie Freeman hits for the cycle, winning teams keep winning, losing teams keep losing.

Old friend alert.

It is bittersweet to announce that long time client and great friend Nate Jones is retiring from baseball. Nate spent 9 plus years in the major leagues, mostly as a Chicago White Sox. Nate finishes his career w a 22-16 record and a 3.45 ERA. My best to Nate and Lacy and kids!
