Josh had a good spot on the Score today. IMO a little bit of Cody Decker goes a long way, but Josh made it a comfortable, informative listen.

A happy and healthy 2022 ahead to all in the Sox Machine community, and thanks to Josh and Jim for a great 2021.

Waterloo seltzer is my go-to carbonation, if that at all helps stave off the Dr. Pepper cravings.

Josh, if you’re picking up your workout routines, most pre-workouts have caffeine in them and can help with that aspect of overcoming Dr. Pepper cravings. However, if you don’t want to go that route (I stopped taking them because of various side effects I could no longer manage), there are some amino acid mixes which are not only good to drink before, during, or after a workout for muscle recovery, but some have caffeine added to the mix. Personally, I use the PMD BCAA Charged mix for a pre-workout and the stim-free version for during or after.

Catching up on podcasts as I get back to work. I was lucky enough to be at both the Field of Dreams game and ALDS game 3 and without question the FoD game will be the much more lasting memory. Being there, knowing it was basically the center of the sporting universe on that night, and seeing *my* team win in the most dramatic fashion possible, the only way that can be topped is basically if the Sox win a World Series clinching game in similar fashion. There (hopefully) will be more big ALDS HRs from the Sox in the next few years which will make Leury’s HR fade a bit.
