Writing about the White Sox for a 16th season, first here, then at South Side Sox, and now here again. Let’s talk curling.
Burger is so bad on fly balls. Coming in, going back, doesn’t matter.
I like our offense? Maybe I just like Sandoval pitching.
Remillard for President!
Just tuning in… 11 runs total in this game before the 4th inning? It seems I missed a lot of good stuff.
The Sox need this game. Get the freaking bullpen going.
I feel like this is going to be a classic Pedro game where he tries to coax too many innings out of Lynn and then he’ll bring in a guy like Lopez or Bummer to try to get out of a situation with runners on and nobody out and they won’t be able to do it and we’ll lose the game because of that.
Good job by Lynn to get up off the deck. Maybe he should throw a few simulated innings before every start.
Mike Trout seems like he’s playing a game of wiffle ball against his kids. If he wanted to he could beat any team 103-0 all by himself, but he let’s them stay competitive just to feel better about themselves.
And he’s not even the best player on his own team anymore. It’s crazy that the Angels have both of these guys.
Seby can come off like an arsehole in these situations.
I’m stunned sometimes by just how low we have set the bar now. The radio guys just got finished celebrating Lynn’s 5-runs-over-six innings-outing today as “outstanding.”
I think all of that bubble gum is distracting Burger. He should switch to chewing tobacco.
Holy cow Robert… 2 stolen bases. Hopefully leads to an insurance run
that it did
Vaughn triple! Watch your back Ohtani!
Then home on the wild pitch! Wheels!
Someday in the future, Trout will be elected to the Hall of Fame but he will fall one vote short of being elected unanimously. When contacted, the reporter who left him off the ballot will refer to today when Trout misplayed a ball into a triple for Andrew “The Gazelle” Vaughn as the reason he thought Trout should not be a unanimous choice.
Wait…defensive replacements in the 9th and not the 7th? Unpossible.
That man is going to get so much money this offseason.
I’ll be so glad for the Sox to get out of Anaheim. I’m tiring of watching Trout and Ohtani destroy us (I know Trout didn’t really destroy us, but it’s exhausting watching and expecting it to happen).
Why hasn’t Andrus been playing?
Bad.
Worse than Tim? even a start at third?
I don’t think Andrus sitting for 2 days is a cause for panic.
seems like a lot of runs scoring on wild pitches recently
