It feels like since the all-star break, every excellent game is followed by 1-2 boring or downright embarrassing affairs. Glad I’m at work for this one.
At least the Indians play the Yankees this weekend. That should tick off a couple magic numbers.
Lopez’s success since getting called back up did seem to defy gravity. I’d like to see him have success out of the pen again where he seemed to do better for whatever reason. I don’t see him as a future starter.
