Who knows how the subconscious mind works? I dreamed the Sox added Buehrle to their postseason roster because they wanted his veteran presence in the pen. So, in extra innings Buehrle kept putting up zeros in an heroic effort. He wasn’t worried about shredding his arm because his career was over. It was the 60th inning when I woke up.
