White Sox Minor Keys: July 14, 2018
After a rough stretch of bad news, whether it stem from injuries or just plain ol’ underperformance, Saturday night was a triumph for the White Sox farm system.
*Michael Kopech went on a rampage against Durham, striking out 11 over six innings while throwing a whopping 70 of 96 pitches for strikes.
*Jimmy Lambert took a no-hitter against Tennessee into the seventh inning. He settled for 10 strikeouts over seven innings of one-hit ball in a Birmingham victory.
*Steele Walker made his long-awaited debut for the AZL White Sox.
